Yes, it seems like an odd couple when you pair Brendan Fairclough with Brandon Semenuk for a movie segment and choose Fiji as the location. Or does it?

Most that know these two understand that their riding styles go way beyond their respective career designations. I was fortunate enough to be able to witness and photograph the two clash it out on a custom made DH track in the hills above the Pacific Ocean on the island of Fiji. NWD films has partnered with Red Bull Media House to give Brandon Semenuk his own signature feature length film called ‘Rad Company’ where he chooses an elite string of fellow riders to shred with him in many exotic locations and riding styles.
Both these two riders like to be known for having diverse riding abilities and do enjoy ripping all types of bikes and trail types. In Semenuk’s vision for this segment:
“the trails that Adam Billinghurst and Kyle Jameson built for us in Fiji were super fast and full of jumps and built around body language on the bike. So I pictured the need of a World Cup DH calibre rider and Fairclough was the first name that came to mind, with his iconic style that is entertaining to see on camera. When it comes to DH riding there is nothing I like doing more, and this concept of shredding with him on a DH trail got me the most excited.”>>
