Greg Minnaar’s stunning domination in the highlands continues as he has qualified fastest at the Fort WIlliam World Cup.
Minnaar delivered a stunning run to finish two seconds ahead of the racing pack – it’s even more impressive when you consider he caught another rider before the finish.
Second place also went to the Syndicate and Loris Vergier in a show of total domination from the Californian team.
Jack Moir christened the new Intense 29er downhill bike with a third place three seconds back on Vergier.
Marcelo Gutierrez continued on from his strong start in Lourdes with a fourth placed qualifier. He looked bullishly fast as he barrelled into the finish. Aaron Gwin finished fifth, about five seconds back. Sixth went to Sam Blenkinsop, it’s great to see the Kiwi back up at the top where he belongs.
Danny Hart was the top placed Brit in seventh with Remi Thirion, Mark Wallace and Charlie Hatton rounding out the top 10.
