Less bulky than the V3R but still retaining the classic Fox design, it’s fair to say this is one of the best-looking full-face lids on the market right now. 17 vents ensure your melon is kept cool at all times, including some massive vents in the chin to ensure you’ve got plenty of oxygen when charging hard. While this full face mountain bike helmet might not be the lightest on the market, it certainly isn’t heavy and its solid feel will give you the confidence to push harder. Five sizes are offered by way of two different shell sizes and three different pad kits ensure you will be able to find the perfect fit. The D-ring closure adds to the snug fit. The adjustable visor is designed to sit on the shoulder of the shell itself and is secured in place with some high-quality aluminium bolts, to round off that seamless look and helps this helmet look as good as it does. This is the first MTB lid Josh Bryceland has felt comfortable wearing, previously opting for a moto lid, which speaks volumes for the helmet’s comfort and protection.
