FOES 2:1 FXR

Borrowing the 2:1 leverage ratio developed originally for the DHS Mono is this latest version of the excellent FXR. 6” of ultra controlled travel is provided by a custom Curnutt shock, a true one of a kind? The trademark Foes Swing Link protects this shock from any unwanted loads and helps to contribute to the incredible stiffness of the frame. As with everything else that bears the Foes name this frame could easily be described as a work of art, the finish is quite simply superb. Get saving those pennies.

GUSSET SLINK CHAINS

Tracking down a half–link in order to get the perfect chain length on a single speed is more often than not nigh–on impossible, so these new chains from Gusset, which are made up entirely of the buggers are possibly the best idea since sliced bread. The fact that they also look pimp is just an added bonus.

ROYAL KIT BAG

A good bag is an indispensible piece of kit, and this one is about as good as they come. It’s made from some kind of rubber coated material which will keep the shit either in or out (depending on what you need), and it feels pretty durable too. There are a couple of useful pockets on the inside, and the main opening is so big that you can easily just stand in it and drop your kit straight in. Spot on.

E.THIRTEEN LIMITED EDITION CHAIN DEVICES

Seeing as e.thirteen chain devices are now as common as muck (thanks to them being nothing less than brilliant), what better way is there to make yourself stand out a bit from the crowd than to get yourself one of these new limited edition puppies. The first batch is white, but in future there will be other colours, of course the numbers of each though will be strictly limited. The only bad news is that you won’t be able to get the DRS (double ring) in any of the snazzy colours.
