I drove from Mt Ste Anne to Bromont via the back roads of Quebec yesterday to get a feel for the place. The feel I got was one of flatness, mile after mile of long straight roads with huge corn fields either side. Not a hill insight. Then towards Bromont a hillock appeared in the distance. It’s hard to believe it’s a ski resort in the middle of such a flat area.
The track opens for foot inspection tomorrow, so I’ll give you a run down then. Here’s the view from my motel window last night. The hill in the distance is where the track is.
Oh and the weather? We had thunderstorms last night, so it could be another wet one.
