Ex Dirt Team rider Vanessa Quin has a baby

Ex-Dirt Team rider and 2004 World Champion Vanessa Urwin as she is now known has given birth to a bouncing baby boy.

All at Dirt wish mum, dad and junior all the best. Big Mike was like a father to Vanessa while she was on the Dirt team, so that actually makes him a Grandad doesn’t it?

Here’s the news from the hospital:

Vanessa was a champ last night and squeezed out a little boy at 6 27 pm. If his parents werent quite so useless he would have a name! Well we had a name if it was a girl!

I guess all her interval training over the year paided off last night.

Anyway here are the stats for now.

Age: 15 HOURS
Parents: The coolest in the world!
Weight: 3.2 kilos, but those of you who are old school and dont know metrics, 6lbs 13 ounces.

Sport: Anyone i choose but dad rekons Motocross is cooler than downhill and BMX. Dad also says that karts cost to much money!
