Speak to anyone who’s been riding around Innerleithen for a few years and the chances are they’ll know Gary Forrest.

Consistently one of the fastest riders in the Tweed Valley for a good few years, Gary was one of the first local kids to get super fast and skillful at a very young age. Now a pro rider on the EWS tour, Gary is one of the favorites for the UK’s biggest enduro of the year – the Shimano TweedLove International.

A year ago a crash meant a back broken in five places, and intensive training to get back up to speed. Safe to say he’s definitely getting there, with some pinned riding on fine Tweed Valley dirt.
