Andrew Neethling at The Bratislava Downhill, flat out madness
We all know Needles is a pinner and can mix it up on the World Cup downhill circuit but these urban races are something he clearly goes fast at too. He landed 5th at this event and with that made it to 11th in the overall standings. Series organiser Filip Polc has won each stop of the series so far and he made it count in Slovakia too ahead of second placed Jahannes Fischbach.
The Bratislava Downhill race is part of the City Downhill Series that has so far taken in Santos in Brazil and Valparaiso, Chile. It’s pretty nuts to think how fast these guys are going through tight streets and over massive gaps, if you get it wrong here then it’s going to hurt!
