Myriam Nicole wins Lenzerheide women’s World Cup

Two in a row for Pompon

Myriam NIcole has won the 2017 Lenzerheide WOrld Cup. It’s her second win in a row and sees her take the lead in the women’s overall series.

Nicole was able to leap frog yesterday’s top qualifier, Rachel Atherton, who is still carrying an injury from Fort William. Atherton was faster than Nicole through the first three sectors but was not able to carry that advantage down to the bottom.

Third place went to Emilie Siegenthaler – her best ever result – with Tracey Hannah falling to fourth. Despite the fastest top sector of anyone, Tahnee Seagrave was fifth.
