Up until now the riders at the 2014 Red Bull Rampage have been spending almost all their time digging, shaping the new mountainside into a network of jaw dropping lines. Honestly, some of the lines these guys are creating are absolutely massive. Even the smaller gaps and drops are huge compared to normal standards, and if you were to stick any normal person at the top of the course they’d instantly tell you that there’s no way in hell that any human being could ride down it. It’s essentially just a cliff. As we all know though, there are a few highly skilled lunatics that can not only ride down it, they can backflip and spin their way down it, and now the time has finally come to see if these new lines work as well as the riders and builders hope they will. It’s time to bring out the bikes, and Vital MTB were there to capture those first senders…
