Irish racing legend Glyn O’Brien has just fired us over news of a brand new Irish enduro series, the Vitus First Tracks Enduro Cup. The name comes from the coaching/guiding/bike rental company that Glyn already runs (First Tracks MTB), but now he’s also branching out into events such as this one. Chain Reaction Cycles have got onboard with Vitus bikes as the main title sponsor of the series, and we’ve got a feeling it could well turn out to be a great race series. For the inaugural year there are going to be four rounds, the details of which are as follows…

Round 1 – 28/29 March Castlewellan, N.Ireland
Round 2 – 9/10 May- Bigwood, N.Ireland
Round 3 – 4/5 July – Rostrevor, N. Ireland
Round 4 – 19/20 September – venue TBC
