We just received the text here at Dirt HQ, “George Peat, born 5.50am in a Volvo at the end of the lane. 7lbs 6oz. All doing great. Cheers”. Now I’m not sure if they wanted us to let the world know, but we are all so happy for Steve, his wife Adele and son Jake that we hope they don’t mind. It seems that the Peat DH breeding line is well and truly safe. And the back of a Volvo…well that is pure class! Who needs a hospital anyway. Great news and we send our best wishes to the Peat family. Nice one.
