We’re used to hearing about Switchbacks in the circles of riding holidays and trail guiding down in Spain, but the guys responsible for some of the best riding on the European continent have taken it one step further, and they’re now running an enduro race in the Sierra Nevada mountains in Southern Spain. It’s 3-days, 150kms, 65 riders (15 of which are invitation-only pros), 19 timed stages, and many, many beers – “before, during and after” the racing, in the words of co-organised Michael Saunders.
