As you may have read in this month’s dirt magazine, Leamington Spa’s 4X is busier than ever. Billy Cheetham, with the assistance of the local council, received the go ahead for a complete overhaul of the facility. As part of this initiative, they are to run a summer race series and mid-week gate practice. This Sunday will be the first round of said race series.
You can enter on the day, provided it’s before 10am. There’ll be trade stands from MTB BITZ, Albany Cycles and Ride MX. For more details head over to the website here
The 2009 NPS 4X season kicks off in just ten days time at UK Bike Park, so it might be worth getting some race practice in. With more tracks popping up all the time, and more interest than ever before, this season is going to be huge. For more info go here
