The Megavalanche is one of the most difficult race out there, with a glacier start that photo’s and video’s don’t do the pitch of the slope justice, to tight technical rocky sections, flat out corners and a couple of lung busting climbs. But every year hundreds of riders battle it out to see if they can beat the mountain.
Jerome Clementz was the man who beat the mountain and all the other competitors, who on with a time of 38.42, just over 30 seconds, in second place was Remy Absalon and in third was Dan Atherton.
