Low friction anodized stanchions for Rockshox Boxxer forks

Want to pimp your Boxxers and make them run smoother? Maybe give them that BlackBox look? Then have a gander at what Fabien Glatre owner of Fast Suspension, in Brittany, France is manufacturing.

Fabien told us: “I decided to make low friction stanchions last year and searched a lot to find the best treatment. During the hard anodizing process they “inject” Teflon inside the hard coat, the result is a really smooth and non sticky surface.

We can do many colours but not defined yet. (Probably black, red, gold, green) and are available for all models of Boxxer.

They will cost 299 euros for a pair and should be available in about 2 months time.”

Fabien says: “My company services all Fox, Rockshox products and we are the official technical centre for Cannondale Headshok in France. I started my business in 2007 from a motocross background.

We have two parts to our business, one for services and the second for development and production of new suspension products.

We have our own CNC machines to make our products, except some tubes or shaft are coming from Taiwan (nobody wants to make them in Europe)

If you like the look of these then contact Fabien on 0033 2 96 34 17 74 or email him at [email protected]
