Steve “Jonesy” Jones is out in California and has just raced the Downieville Classic.
We got a text yesterday to saying that the weather is hotter than a camel herders jockstrap. I think he came in 33rd place inbetween Wade Simmonds and Greg Herbold.
I really don’t think Jonesy read the small print because it’s not just the downhill race he imagined. He entered the All-Mountain Class which involves two races, a 29mile cross country race and a 17mile downhill blast all on the same bike.
