After being crowned the first ever Enduro World Series Champion in 2013 Jerome started the 2014 season with all guns blazing taking the first win in Chile over his nearest rival Jared Graves.
With the series taking a break before coming to Scotland for the second round Jerome had a bit of a tumble, that fall has put him out action for most of this season as he recovers from a dislocated collarbone. Check out the clip he posted just after the crash.
We caught up with Jerome as he is here at the World Enduro in Peebles for round 2, no doubt he wishes he was racing but he is here to support his team mates and celebrate his birthday.
