Dirt Office news

With all the snow still around it felt like Christmas at Dirt HQ this morning. Even more so when tons of boxes and parcels started arriving.

The office this morning. You might be able to spot a new recruit in the picture. He’s called Jake and he’s temping as the tea boy for a while. (The very job that I started with not too long ago…and some will say be will doing again in the not too distant future).

First up the Orange Blood All Mountain with 5″ of travel.

The Blood came shod with these kinky tyres.

Next up…the 2009 Specialized Big Hit 3 with 6.75 to 7.5 inches of travel.

Tonnes of Park Tools also arrived for the Dirt workshop. Ed H will be doing a video how to, each week show casing a new tool. Stay tuned. (The tuning tool will also be used)

And finally the “And finally” story.
I don’t know if you remember but last summer after claiming to have driven with as much care and attention as a nervous vicar in a high performance car all the way back from the Megavalanche in France, Ed H managed to prang the trusty old Dirt van just two miles from home.
Over six months later and the insurance people have at last coughed up the loot to get her fixed.
Here she is being towed away to the fixing place to get patched up.
Expect to see her on a highway near you shortly.
