World Cup round 4 Bromont:weather report
Thursday morning here in Bromont and the mutha of all thunderstorms has just hit the hill. Thunder, lightning, rain and more rain. The power has gone off a few times, and the coffee machine is down. Practise was due to start at 9.00am but I can’t see many riders rolling out of bed for this one. If the storm continues the chairlift will most probably be closed too.
The good news is that a local weather forecaster named Marie-Claire (everybody is called Marie-something in Quebec) has predicted sunshine for race day on Saturday.
If you’re wondering where the the race is in this picture, well see that hillock in the background the one what the rainbow intersects, that’s it. (theres no pot of gold at the end of it, maybe a pot noodle perhaps)
