This premiere episode starts positively as we hear Darren Roberts, the Atherton’s trainer, explain how for the first winter in two years the family are actually all fit and healthy and ready to tackle the season ahead. We also learn of the family’s specific goals for 2010, in particular Dan’s goal of racing BMX this year, and aspiration to make the British BMX Olympic Team.
