Spot Rollik

The Spot Rollik makes it in for one reason – that carbon weave. The chequered pattern is unlike anything we’ve seen before and it gives this bike an unmistakable signature. This bike, designed by Avid’s founder Wayne Lumpkin, has us squealing for joy.

It also features the unique Living Link suspension design that uses a Leaf Spring to apparently increase mid range responsiveness, promotes vertical flex and prevents lateral flex. We’ve no idea if it works, but it’s novel never the less. Read a bit more about it here.

Evil Wreckoning

We love how Evil’s bikes look like nothing else out there and, right now, they probably have the most visually pleasing range on the market. Low slung frames and curvaceous tubes of plastic combine to form true works of art.

The Wreckoning is the longest travel offering from Evil and, if it’s anything like the Insurgent we tested in June, it will be an absolute party to ride.

Pivot Firebird

We’re not sure if you can class this 170mm monster as an enduro bike but if it goes up hills then down them then it’s good enough for us. Pivot’s impeccable finishing has been applied to a svelte frame to produce a bike that’s almost too nice to get muddy.

When it’s put in the hands of someone as stylish as Bernard Kerr this becomes a very special bike indeed.

Unno

Unno bikes don’t come cheap, but this is a bike that has the looks to justify the price. The raw carbon finish is breath taking and with Cesar Rojo legendary approach to design you can guarantee it will be a ripper.

We visited the Unno factory earlier this year and we can assure you, these are some of the best made bikes on the planet.
