These Dragon goggles utilise some very thick foam around the face. On first impressions they felt almost too curved and shaped, but when you put them on over a helmet, the tension in the strap pulls them into a perfect shape. The lens here is the standard Lexan type, but we’d probably want a clear one for riding in this country. There’s a nose guard included and tear–off compatibility, and the strap is extra wide with the Dragon icon standing out in thick rubber. There are ten colour schemes and plenty of lenses – the ionised ones look great, if that’s your thing.
