You might be expecting something like this (below), Dirt Jumper Sam Pilgrim entombed for eternity in a tank of formaldehyde with a sinister Damien Hirst stood behind…but no…it’s not quite that macabre.
Instead, it’s a new sports exhibition at The Museum of Design in Plastics in Poole and is part of the Arts Institute at Bournemouth. Called “Winning with Plastics”, it’s finally up and running, and features TSG Helmet and Knee/Shinpads in the “protect” part of the exhibit.
There are a couple of images of the overall exhibition as well as those of the cases that the TSG Kevlar knee and shin pad and the sam 08 helmet.
The case is laid out like a body and shows examples of sports protection from the head to the feet.
