It was the Megavalanche yesterday but before the main event comes the Affinity and challenger races – basically everyone that didn’t make the cut for the main event – as you might expect, it’s carnage!
As last year, the Deakinator was on hand to capture the madness, although, it has to be said there’s a lot less snow this time around. Keep an eye out for the guy in the Shrek donkey suit who apparently went on to win it. What a legend!
The women are also run on Sunday. Congrats to Isabeau Courdurier who grabbed the win despite revising for exams between runs!
