The World Champs 2014 was a mixed one for the Lapierre team. Emmeline went down in practice and broke a couple of bones in her hand putting her out of the race and a dampener on the end of her season.
Loic Bruni was out for a good result but missed out on a podium along with Sam Blenkinsop who came out in 7th whilst Loic took 8th. It was young Loris Vergier who took the battle to the hill. He landed the overall World Cup win in Meribel a few weeks before but now it was his turn to take gold.
Ahead of Laurie Greenland and Dirt’s very own Jacob Dickson Loris took the win and finished off his season in style. We’re hoping the team videos will be back next year!
