If you’ve never ridden a mountain bike track in the Alps then to say you are missing out is a massive understatement. The place is literally littered with some of the best trails you are ever likely to ride. Earlier this year Dirt’s James McKnight discovered a mountain bike track in Courchevel which he claimed was one of the best Alpine tracks on offer. That sparked a bit of an internet frenzy with others claiming left right and centre that they’d found even better tracks. Dan fan Tristan Monnier was one of those riders and we posted a video of his favourite track, and now he’s back again with yet another awesome looking track. This time it’s in Pila, Italy. There is a bike park at the top with chairlift access, but under the gondola from Aosta to Pila you’ll find this amazing track which is 11 Km long! Apparently the whole 11 Km is every bit as good as the sections you see in the video below…
That’s another track I need to ride. The Alps rule!
