Lacondeguy
Only eight men have ever claimed top honours at Red Bull Rampage (with Semenuk, Strait and Sorge all claiming double titles), making it one of the rarest prizes in mountain biking.
Red Bull have published every winning run from these titans of freeride and it would be rude not to share it with you too.
Simmons, Klassen and Gracia
Rampage was almost unrecognisable when it started with no tricks and a totally raw hillside to conquer. Wade Simmons was the first to taste gold with Tyler Klassen hot on his heels. Cedric Gracia brought the backflip to Rampage and tricks have had a firm place on the hillside to this day.
Strait, Semenuk and Zink
At the next two Rampage events, two teenagers would turn up and turn mountain biking on its head. Strait and Semenuk got their names in the history books early.
The Zink came and changed mountain biking forever. Remember where you were when Zink three’d the Oakley Sender? We sure do.
Sorge, Strait Lacondeguy
Rampage was really solidified as a format by 2012 with big hits and a bag of tricks being needed to get your medal. Sorge, Strait and Lacondeguy all brought burly, flat out runs to Virgin to claim the wins.
Sorge
After two years racked with injury, Kurt Sorge returned to claim his winner’s crown with this run in 2015.
Semenuk
A new venue that aimed to bring back the raw feeling of Rampage was no bother for Semenuk who moved a ridiculous amount of Earth to ensure his run had balls-to-the-wall steepness as well as a platform to showcase his silky tricks.
