How far can you push a set of carbon wheels? Pretty far if you’re Danny MacAskill it turns out!
Danny took to the streets of Glasgow with one goal in mind, break a set of Santa Cruz Reverse wheels. Cased landings, big drops and stairs were all used to batter the wheels and it wasn’t until the tyre was taken off that they finally gave way.
Obviously there’s far more to good wheel design than pure strength but if you want a set of hoops that lasts you clearly can’t go far wrong with these Santa Cruz creations.
