Leogang World Cup 2016: weather report

Leo-grim

After the Caribbean sun of Fort William, it looks like we could be in for a wet one in Leogang.

Riders have reported that it’s already sodden and with more rain forecast throughout the weekend it’s unlikely we’ll be having any dry action at all.

Thankfully Leogang is renowned for it’s bike-parky nature and the course is largely hard packed so don’t expect it to turn into a slop fest like Cairns. However, there are some fresh-cut sections of track this year that could turn out to be very interesting in the wet. Either way, it will be a chance for the rain-loving Brits to capitalise – bring on Sunday.
