Track walk day today in Leogang and there are two main stories emerging – Firstly are a few track changes but more importantly, it’s also raining!

Someone’s been getting arty with a chainsaw and the result is this awesome tribute to Stevie Smith who won the 2013 World Cup series with an amazing run here.

Josh Bryceland

This new section is called the Wood of Fame. It has the names of all the previous winners carved into the trees and, more importantly, brings some much needed tech to the Leogang course.

Track walk completed here in Leogang. Some changes to the track which could be crucial on Sunday. There's also about 4 inches of slop on most of the track.
