The Junior riders have posted seeding times this morning ahead of the race on Sunday and although they are just seeding run’s it shows who is up to speed already. Theses guys at the future of downhill and making the cut to represent your country is one hell of an achievement for all of them. Loris Vergier was the rider with the fastest time earlier today and he was joined by some regular comrades from the World Cup circuit and one from Enduro.

Maes came through in Fort William to shake the Junior ranks up when he took the win by 1.298s in his first World Cup downhill race. Could he be on to do the same in Norway? Luca Shaw will be out for the win after he lost out to Loris Vergier in the World Cup overall at the last race in Meribel. It’s been a battle between these riders all season but Loris took the home advantage to the top of the podium on the day confirming his overall title in style.
Seeing Taylor Vernon back up there is great too, after his spinal injury last year seeing him take the win in Windham was amazing and testament to the work ethic instilled in the Atherton racing camp.
There were a few other familiar names making the top ten, great to see Laurie Greenland, Neil Stewart and Dirt’s very own Jacob Dickson, riding for Ireland in 9th. Drew Carters took 19th place but should there be more of the UK’s Junior riders out in Norway?
