Local hero Jacob Dickson has seeded fastest at the Red Bull Foxhunt in Rostrevor.

Delays in proceedings saw the elite riders go down in near-darkness with the bottom woods being particularly gloomy. Dickson finished third last year but with three-time champ Colin Ross starting at the back with Gee and Loic he’s mad keen to take the top step this weekend.

Gee, Loic, Greg, Ross, Greg Callaghan and Rob Warner all turned down seeding runs so will be unknown quantities as they try to battle through the pack tomorrow.

Chasing Jacob hard will be national enduro champion Kelan Grant with Connor McFerron in third and Propain Dirt Zelvy’s Phil Atwill in fourth. Big shout out to our Ieuan Williams who seeded top ten as last man down the hill – not bad for a media squid!
