After taking ownership of Descend Hamsterly Bike Park, it’s been a quiet off season for Danny Hart but he’s decided to break cover for the first round of the BDS at Nant Gwytherin.

Nant G has been out of the circuit for a few years but it looks like its back with a vengeance. Rain is falling hard in north Wales at the moment making the track nice and greasy for the racers. Ruts, rocks, steep switchbacks and, of course, mud, this is British downhill at its finest.

The BDS said: “2011 & 2016 World Champion, Danny Hart takes us down the track on the first stop of the British Downhill Series 2017. Round one will Take place in Nant G, half hour from caernarfon and a stones throw away from the ocean, it’s a fantastic venue to kick off a year of racing.”
