You don’t have to be Welsh to race this event but you do to win the title if that makes sense. Any way it’s all going down on Sunday 8th August at Afan in South Wales.
Here’s the deal:
This is the eagerly awaited opening race on this brand new track at Afan Bike Park situated in the heart of the Afan Forest Park in South Wales. The track was designed by World Championship track designer Phil Saxena and is akin to the tracks used in World Cup competitions.

The track is just over 500metres long and includes rocks, jumps, a cork screw bridge corner like the one used in the World Cup courses at Belgium and Canada along with the longest 4x rock garden ever built in the world! This will test riders to the limit racing down the tight twisting turns and over jumps big enough to park a car in!
