The Avalanche Cup in Oz en Oisans will take place on the permanent downhill track well known for its difficulties: its strong declivity (-600 m) first but also built on the rocks which means good technical skills are required. About 400 riders from different nationalities will do their very best during the first two stages to be in the top 50 and take part of the Super cup.

The qualifying races of the Megavalanche will take place on Friday 9th of July from 10am, starting from  Dôme des Grandes Rousses.  We are expecting 2000 riders from 30 different nationalities for 3 days of races.
On Saturday, Mega Ladies, Mega Challengers and Mega Affinity 1 will start from the top of the Pic Blanc at 3.300 m and finish in Allemont at 820 m.  The Megavalanche, Mega Amateurs and Mega Affinity 2 will take off on Sunday July 11th from Pic Blanc 3,300 m.  2 new races with the Challengers and Amateurs so more people on the podium!
