Well I bunked off early yesterday and went for a few shuttles with Jonesy and Victor Lucas, we did a couple of timed runs on a local track, we all swapped bikes and Jonesy really liked my hardtail. But I hated his machine, I won’t name it but it’s a full on springy bike and just desensitized the whole riding experience for me.
Anyway Victor phoned up this morning to say they were off for a session on the 1.04 track, I said it was alright for some to swan around living the life of O’Reilly (actually Victor knows him) but some of us have work to do. Shame really because it’s a lovely day, the suns out and everything.
