Whoa, I can’t actually believe that I am sitting here typing these words, Steve Peat is the 2009 WORLD CHAMPION. It is not that I didn’t think it would happen, it is just that…well…you know, i didn’t want to tempt fate. Peaty has been so close, so many times, that it has been tradition to not talk about it, but now he has it, the gold medal and those all important rainbow stripes.
