Ash Smith, co-founder/director of trailAddiction has been test riding and guiding on a variety of dialled bikes prototype and production frames for the last few years in the French and Swiss Alps. After riding with the trailAddiction team for a week last year, dialled bikes were impressed not only with their riding and guiding skills, but also the terrain which they get to ride on a daily basis as mountain bike guides. trailAddiction describes its local riding as “lift assisted singletrack”, which simply means miles and miles of sweet Alpine trails all serviced by the excellent network of lifts that the Les Arcs area has at its disposal. In a nutshell, the ideal place to test new dialled bikes prototypes and the ideal riders to thrash test new frames (i.e. people who ride hundreds of miles per week on terrain we can only dream about here in the UK!).
