Thanks to the already incredible selection of riding on offer in the Les Gets and Morzine area it is already one of the most popular destinations for riders, but we’ve just found out that an entirely new track has been built in Les Gets and it looks like it’s going to be rad. Dirt’s James McKnight was recently out in the area and bumped into the guys who’ve built it. They’ve got some pedigree too after having recently built some pretty crazy stuff such as the Air Voltage trail in Chatel.
Above is Stefan, one of the trail builders, telling and showing McKnight just how bonkers they’ve made everything on the track. The track is called ‘Gets Airline’ and is 800m long with a 125m drop. Not massive, but judging by the behind the scenes video below it’s going to be packed full of radness from top to bottom.
