Just as the dust is starting to settle after the second round of the EWS, the third round is kicking off in Les Deux Alpes. This round of the EWS is part of the Crankworx Europe festival.
Current standings going to this event are:
Jared Graves – 920
Jerome Clementz – 740
Nico Vouilloz – 726
Fabien Barel – 682
Full men’s results here.
If Graves can carry on as he is, it’s going to be pretty hard for anyone to catch him. Although after saying that, with these events being so demanding and riders will continue to encounter problems like Barel and Clementz did in the last round, the event is still all very much to play for.
Tracy Moseley – 1200
Cecile Ravanel – 920
Anneke Beerten – 780
Ines Thoma – 660
Full women’s results here.
Tracy seems unstoppable, she’s almost 300 points above anyone else, but once again these tracks are super demanding and anything could happen in future rounds!
So where is Les Deux Alpes?
Unlike the last round, all the racing is going to happen on the Sunday and the racers will be allowed to practice on the Saturday, but only on the Saturday, any racer who is found practicing before hand will be immediately disqualified.
