Intense are the latest brand to set up a direct sales distribution model in the UK with its new Intense Rider Direct program.
The pros and cons of direct sales bikes are now well trodden ground but it does mean that one of the most expensive brands out there can start to wind in their prices. Today the brand is launching its new website, pricing structure and rider support program to accompany the new direction.
Intense also has a few tricks up its sleeve when it comes to getting a leg up on the competition. Firstly is a 14 day trial period during which you can return your Intense if you’re not happy with it. They are also offering free shipping and 24 hour turn around on any orders made. Finally there will be a UK based service centre (run by the guys at Saddleback) to deal with any issues.

We will tune the suspension on your bike specifically to your weight and riding style meaning you will get optimum performance from day one.
