More good news from the FlyUp 417 Project crew in Gloucestershire. They are still on track to complete the bike park for March 2016, but the major (new) news is that the venue will now house the UK’s first Velosolutions indoor pump-track.
For those of you that need reminding, Velosolutions is Claudio Caluori’s (him off the World Cup commentary duo… you know, here) company. With his trusted team he has worked on some amazing building and construction projects in many different parts of the world. Who can forget the amazing pump track they built in New York city (see photos below)? Or this one in Thailand?

417 Project to house UK’s first Velosolutions indoor pump-track!
With just over three months to go until official opening the 417 Project is well on its way with construction. While you may have thought you’d had all the exciting news we could give you, the Project just keeps the excitement coming.
It’s now come the time to officially announce the 417 Project will be the proud home of the UKs very first Velosolutions indoor Pump-track.
With their tracks popping up in New York and Zurich, amongst other venues, over the last few years – we have watched the world go wild for their facilities. We are very excited to be able to debut this fantastic company in the UK and to be the proud owners of such an amazing indoor facility – the second only of it’s kind in the world. Our ever faithful trail builders Architrail will be working alongside Claudio in early 2016 to get the track built ready for opening in March.
The team behind the 417 Project are working tirelessly to create a world-class facility, rest assured the opening is set to take the Mountain-biking world by storm.
