Good news for Fabien Barel fans. The super fast French World Cup racer is back on a downhill bike and back up to speed, he has just won a DH race in Sant Andreu, Catalunya at the weekend.

We’ve recently seen Fabien at the Urge Cabo Verde event on a trail bike but this is the first time since his horrible smash that Fabien has raced his Mondraker Summum downhill bike.

This is a great positive result for the Frenchman ahead of the 2011 World Cup season that kicks off in Pietermaritzburg in just over 4 weeks time.
