Round 4 of the 661 Gravity Enduro series was this weekend at the old school DH venue- Eastridge.

Neil “Donny” Donoghue took the overall win, edging out the mighty Cooksley by just 11 seconds.
Here’s what Donny told us:
The trails were a mix of old DH tracks and new singletrack trails and a first for the series this year- there was dust!
It was good to be back racing at Eastridge and although the trails are quite short they are still really good. Definitely the most fun round so far.
There was a good Elite turnout with WC regular Rich Thomas showing up and putting us to shame in qualifying.
Cunny was looking good but crashes and mechanicals put him out of contention. I used my local knowledge to take the win, Gary Forest was as fast as ever and finished 2nd with trail builder Alex Langley coming in 3rd.
**** We missed the last Enduro at Innerleithen but big shout out to Chris Ball won the overall. Baller only entered at the last minute and stunned everyone with his speed and fitness. Not bad for someone who doesn’t get much time on the bike these days, good work Baller!!!****
