Anne Caroline- Chausson won Worlds 9 times, 8 of them on consecutive years. Making her one of the most successful Women’s downhill racers.

2003 Lugano, 2005 Livigno, all French podium.

Tracy Moseley and Rachel Atherton are the only Brits to have won Gold.

Tracy Moseley has won 1 Gold medal and 2 Silver medals.

Rachel Atherton has won 1 Gold medal, 1 Silver medal and 1 Bronze medal.

Giovanna Bonazzi won the Worlds title twice, making her the fastest Italian female downhill racer.

1991- Ciocco, Giovanna Bonazzi won on home soil.

1994- Vail, Missy Giove won on home soil.
