Is this the most dangerous race kit ever?

Death of a Legend, the Jacket is Dead.. Long live the Jacket.

Ace is a Dirt blogger and hardtail fanatic, I first met him and his race jacket years ago at a Dragon race in Abercarn. It was his denim race jacket that inspired me to make the National Hardtail Champs Jacket.
Anyway sounds like it’s the end of an era for Ace and his Jacket, here is his story:

Those that know me will have seen my race jacket (hells angel kinda vibe) raced last weekend at Avill Ball, hell I raced the last 3 years in that Jacket.
However today Sunday 27 September at about 10.10am I met a BC/UCI Commissioner and it didnt go to well !

I was stopped from practice due to my race wear. It is a snug fit, maybe I am too areodynamic?
Nope I am Officially a Danger to myself and anyone else racing/trackside.
(Tell that to the ones that slipped through with no bar ends on ) Ok I am not the best rider in the world, but thats a bit harsh.
The Jacket went in the boot of the car, and as if by magic I was unbarred from going to practice.
I am amused and ever so slighty put out by this, when I get my new access codes and instructions from Thackers I will go into more detail.
I have been spotted on the BC radar, they now know I am out there, maybe a compromise, but for the moment i cant race in my Team HTN Kit, how will this effect the Unofficial Champs Jacket, are they trying to shut us down ?
More when my blogger gets switched back on.
Ace.

P.S.
Looks like i might have to go the nancyboy MXwannabe pyjamarama fashion clone look, oh joy.

Ace’s jacket was the inspiration for the National Hardtail Championship Winners Jacket, it’ll be a shame to see individuality like that disappear from the race scene.
