What do you get when you weld together three Rose frames and fit them with two saddles, two handlebars and a load of spare kit that’s lying round the office? The answer, apparently, is this bonkers downhill tandem from Rose bikes.

The three frames are a large (front), medium (rear) and extra large (bits and bobs) Uncle Jimbos that have been collectively formed into the Jumbo Jimbo. Two volunteers at Rose have been brave enough to ride it and apparently it’s much better if you’re at the back. It’s also surprisingly light and corners better than you’d imagine.
