Just got some news in from the organisers of this years Megavalanche in Alpe d’Huez. It looks like entries will close at the end of this week, but check this out, so far 58% of the entrants are British! Holy shit…that is amazing! So that is well over 500 riders from Britain (It was (34% in 2007).

So it all looks set to be a great event. The Dirt team will be there in force, we might even have an EZ-Up there this year.

In other Avalanche Cup news we can also let you know that the Avalanche team have been out this week checking out Kielder Forest, the location of the ‘08 Avalanche Enduro race on May 18th, you will have to check this one out too.
