Cognation mtb trails South Wales are launching the new Afan Bike Park at Gyfylchi on March 1st, 2nd, 3rd and are inviting you lot to come and enjoy a weekend of biking, beers, music and fun.

The new trails look fast, flowy and jumpy, just have a look at the Manon Carpenter video below, that should give you an idea of just how fun they are.
